I am a watercolorist living in the desert Southwest, a native of that area. My husband and I enjoyed traveling in our motorhome and I have taken many photographs to be used as reference photos for future paintings on these trips. I have been painting since 2000, it is a passion for me and I have enjoyed exploring all the different subjects to paint; landscapes, florals, portraits, etc. Please feel free to comment below or at susanroper@cox.net.

That is really intense! Loved the sunrise captured on your cell phone the other day, too.
Hi Susan,
I'm the new kid on the block in the watercolor group, like you, sunrise and sunsets are awesome. My welcome in the group is very good. I love watercolors to, I am painting some in acryics, if you find some time to visit my site here is address www.jimmyspringet.com you can see my painting, mostly watercolors of wildlife, some oils and acrylics.
We have a very dear friend here in our neighborhod who lost his dear mother--she was so kind to Marge and I, even though we just recently etired moving to our new community in Webster,WI, we're about 60 miles south of Duluth,MN or Superior,WI on Lake Superior. We retired from our day jobs to live near the wild and create wildlife art, Marge does giclee prints on canvas and I paint. I hope this Christmas brings you and your family the peace and understanding that our Lord has shared with all of us. Your art is very good, if you have any questions or want to talk or visit my e-mail is jspringett@yahoo.com, joy to the world, peace be yours--Jimmy
