Here we are on our last day of touring through Alaska. Mt. McKinley is in the background, as usual mostly behind clouds.
I have added some of the Alaska photos I took to a slideshow here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/wcbysusanroper/sets/72157605457086395/show/ if you would like to see them. If you prefer to see them one by one, just click back to my photos on the upper left corner of the slideshow screen.

Did you get time to do any painting on the trip, Susan?
Michelle,
There wasn't much "down" time on this trip. It was more about the photography and enjoying the moments for future paintings from the photos. Everything was pretty well scheduled and while on the tours I would have had little time to do much painting so I didn't bring any painting stuff with me. This means that I have not picked up a paint brush for over a month now. Gasp! I plan to start painting again this weekend, hopefully one of the WcW projects.
Viewing all of the wonderful photos are truly inspiring and makes you want to go to Alaska immediately if not sooner. Your photos are as enchanting as your paintings. My favourite STILL is Susan holding the piece of glacier ice!! Can hardly wait to see some of your paintings from the "Alaskan Experience"! Potsy
