This Mama and yearling trio was just wandering along the street in
Denali National Park as we were leaving and going to the train depot. We rode the train from Denali to
Talkeetna on this day.
Talkeetna was the Alaska town where they shot the on-location shots for "Northern Exposure", the television show.
This is the car we rode to
Talkeetna in. It was a very pleasant ride, seeing all the beautiful scenery and drinking a pleasant Bloody Mary! Doesn't get much better than that.
These last two photos were some of what we saw from the train observation car. Forgive the rainbow effect but I had my polarizing filter on the camera and the shots were made through tinted windows and I didn't notice the rainbow effect until home. But, the views make up for it?
