I am a watercolorist living in the desert Southwest, a native of that area. My husband and I enjoyed traveling in our motorhome and I have taken many photographs to be used as reference photos for future paintings on these trips. This is my do-over, "Mulligan" painting of the Spanish Moss in the cemetery. I was trying for a different "mood" while trying to improve my rendition of the Spanish Moss. Which do you prefer?
The top one is tremendously better and more cohesive, colorwise. The green on the bottom one really stuck out and grabbed your eye. This one definitely has a mood and your eye can travel through it. Great do-over! Sue
