I am a watercolorist living in the desert Southwest, a native of that area. My husband and I enjoyed traveling in our motorhome and I have taken many photographs to be used as reference photos for future paintings on these trips. Blue Moon
I painted this Blue Moon painting for one of the January projects for the Watercolor Workshop. It is 11 x 14 and painted on Aquaboard, or mine was so old it was still called clayboard for watercolor.
We did in fact have a blue moon in January didn't we susan - so a very appropriate painting.
